Our firm
Alkan Law Firm was founded in Antalya in 2015 by Attorney Ahmet Alkan. We provide legal representation and advisory services to individuals and companies, and work towards practical, lasting solutions at every stage of a dispute.
Our aim is to deliver legal services with competence and care, within a relationship of trust. We take each client's legal matter seriously and follow it attentively from the first meeting to the final outcome.
Law constantly renews itself and adapts to changing circumstances. With this in mind, we develop effective, strategic and result-oriented solutions for the national and international legal needs of our Turkish and foreign clients, and our attorneys put them into practice promptly and diligently. Our team works in English, German, Russian and Arabic as well as Turkish.
For every file entrusted to us, we draw up a plan based on the client's needs and goals. Where it serves the client's rights and interests we go to court, but we also pursue settlement, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, always weighing rights, cost and time.
Our most fundamental principle is to build the attorney–client relationship on mutual trust. We take every necessary measure to keep personal and commercial information confidential, and we keep our clients informed at every stage of their case.
